How to Add New Scripts After .134 Update?

Since 2.3.134 was pushed out I am confused as to how I am supposed to add new scripts since the free/premium buttons were been removed. 

 

All guides on the forums state to select the green play button and then go to free/premium and add. When I select the green play button it just shows the currently downloaded scripts. I read the developer forum post about this update and he stated that this is now easier for new users to add scripts and that the button was removed. So how do I add new ones now?

 

If this was mentioned somewhere else I apologize. I scoured the forums and could find nothing.
