I have spoke to the other customer that was banned due to this service offsite, both users got told by you @JO3Y that you was "getting 50 attack score then afking them" you cannot be banned for this unless you are indeed botting/on a bot client. 


I'm sure anyone who is familiar to services knows of this and knows this is a lie, you will refund both users for their loss on your services. Failure to do so on here will result to a perm ban until you decide to refund at a later stage, the outgoing process offsite will also be down to you to sort and I will be keeping a close eye on it.
