What's the difference between them? Some prelim testing shows that they're the same, so why are they both here?

API docs have nothing for getBounds() too..

There isn't a difference between the two.

I'd love to remove methods, but scripters scream if I remove one that they use or change any non-broken API.
So, I'm waiting for one or both to break so I can remove one (getBounds) with much less screaming.

Is this the same for getInteractionOptions and getInteractionActions too?
