One per user per day. I will provide with fastest speed available I can find at time of request. These can be used for RuneScape they are not dedicated however the chances that they are blacklisted are slim. I will check proxy is running and at reasonable speed before supplying. This is a trial run I tested a few of these and they ran very well. If for some reason your proxy doesn't or stops working quickly I apologize.
