This seems like it would be an easy problem to fix, but it hasn't been getting fixed. What is the cause/reason for this? 

 

Say I was making an alching script, or a cursing script... it is completely unnecessary for the API to RightClick every 3 clicks when it can very easily and successfully left click. 

 

Is there anyway I can fix this? Or simply make it only right click when the targeted option is not accessible via left click? It's highly unhuman like to right click that much when a left click would work.
