Forum not letting me change my profile picture?

When I click change on my small profile picture using this image http://imgur.com/NQyBaNb

it just doesn't change anything and just acts like I didn't try and upload anything. I also try and import using this link and it says "could not save url specified" 

 

Any ideas ? Thanks a lot.

its to big 150x150 is the max for vip users.

 

sponsor does allow 180x180 avatars.

 

 

(normal users get 120x120 afaik)
