I can more than likely do it inside of a week but it isn't going to be cheap because it's a real grind.

Depends on the combat level of the account primarily because the appearance of the account seriously impacts one's ability to be accepted into a good team.

I'm thinking 8m if under 90 combat, 6m if over.
