I don't bot anyone else's account under any circumstances. 

Considering the most strenuous part of getting a quest cape is getting the skills before-hand, I'd be happy to knock them all out for arooooooound 90m.

I know the vast majority of quests like the back of my hand and I've completed them all dozens of times. :p
