I just need the account created, email doesnt need to be created as you can put a bullshit email for the account. I dont need tut island done.

You would need tutorials or at least it started tutorial, which if you're basically just after that you would be best yourself doing it, emails do need to be made they just don't have to be registered for up to 5 days.
