Personal opining, provided you have plenty of glorys .. Abyss. There is no risk using abyss, imo. I can do 1.1k runes an hour using the abyss, not that i would because i find playing legit hella boring.

It isn't personal one is faster than the other one, idk which tough and you can do like 2k runes an hour in abyss with super energies
