To be honest Im not inclined to pay someone with a post count of 29 and 0 feedback.

Unless its a cut deal that includes either a partial payment, or you simply training the account first. Then sure.

I dont mind doing half when starting and rest upon completion, the account wouldnt take too long to do anyhow.
