If I just got my main back from having it hacked and it's now currently banned, is there any way I can get it unbanned and tell them I never had the account while it was in that use!

You can try, but I guess they're not going to believe you unless you have a lot of proof.

what would i have to do, how do i get in touch with the to appeal 

1) Make reddit post saying you got hacked some way on RS. (Say you were tricked into downloading malware).

2) Do not appear to have any connections with any bots within the reddit post.

3) Show some pics of real gains of your account. 

4) Ask for J mod to help you out.
