Well just now seeing that he is banned but was told to go ahead put this up.. I traded him that account for a pure and we both agreed that he would train the pure more for me but I still gave him the account while he did, I added my email to the account but then HE messages me saying he can't get on. I then check the email on my old account and the account that he sold me and they are the same..

Yes, and update on the situation. I got my account back (support) and he tried tracking my IP but its to somewhere else lol. But yes I saw he was already banned but was told it'd be a good idea to make a dispute just to add to what he's already done. I hope I'm not in the wrong for taking my account back but I figured he wasn't going to give me his back and didn't want to be scammed.

No, you're not in the wrong. I'm going to go ahead and lock this now since there's nothing else we can do at this point, but we will take this into consideration if he every tries to appeal.
