java platform SE binary has stopped working

I'm trying to install the program for my buddy on his computer. As soon as I try to log into his account through the "osbot" app it freezes and a "java platform SE binary has stopped working" message pops up. I've tried clearing all my javas temp files, I've tried disabling his firewall, I've uninstalled jre and jdk and reinstalled them both with the right operating system restarting his system each time. I've also redownloaded osbot multiple times and have tried running as administrator....all out of ideas, help, please? :)
