won't start on my laptop but it works on my PC

Hello everyone, Czar and Alek tried helping me in the chat 

it works fine on my pc and but it wont even start on my laptop, i will include youtube videos and things i have tried

Download jdk last verison (i think thats how osbot client works)

Delete your java, and re-download the newest version.
