Since it doesn't fit under any account build (like an ags pure or or gmaul pure or dbow rusher), I'll use the XP:GP ratio.

 

75 in any CB skills is roughly worth 4.5m. Thats around 13.5m(going to round it up to 16m) for your CB stats. 94 Mage is about 14m by alching. Fcape would cost 5m on your build. 73 range is meh, its like 1.5m xp which is around 6m in chin or whatever. Not really too high 

 

so total is 28m + time and effort. Of course it could be worth more, and this is just mere estimation

 

Footnote: 70/70/70 accounts go for 12m, so i added 4m and the 4.5m per level wasn't too far off)
