Windows 8- Open osbot using app? Cant download - Help!

What does this mean? I download Osbot off my chrome browser (also tried I. Explorer) and when I go to open or save it, it will do neither. I go to "open with" and it wants be to choose an app off my computer to use to run the program. I dont know whats going on - I hate Windows 8. Someone please help so I can get on with my life

Look for Java Platform SE binary under your list of apps then.

Java Platform Showed up out of nowhere in list of apps. Thats what happened when clicked

Looks like your installation of java is corrupt. Go into Control panel -> programs, and uninstall it. Then reinstall it, and make sure it says you have successfully installed java :)

ive downloaded the client and it pops up with the message ... unable to load the perimeter file,  please reinstall.... all the issues I see are with windows 8-10
