Also i would like to know if there is a number ( can be aproximated) that can be expresed in Ghz.

 

For example:  Running 1 injection client with CPU low mode and graphics off , how much RAM/ CPU in Ghz will it consume?

i actually have a injection client running off a 1 core 1gb ram vps works fine

I run 4 mirror mode clients off an i7 4790k @ stock clocks, and it always seems to lag (literally freeze for a second and then come back). Running PerfectChopper for the most part. Is that usual?

Many times it depends on the script you are using, some are more resource intensive.
