I do bud, I sell massive amounts of gold.

What I do is have a mule with fairly high magic (just afk train it or something), then go on a PvP world depending on the level difference, go to a non-populated spot in the wilderness and kill the character with the $$$, you can do this for up to a 70 level difference (55 wildy + 15 PvP). 

 

Another method is to jump in a free to play world and say free 10k, trade everyone 20 times or so, then make the trade, or in-between. I'm not entirely sure how the gold exchange detection system works, but if you get banned, you'll get banned after transfering the money.
