I talked to the guy in the video i posted he said u can get upto 6K exp an hour at 60 defence with super pots, so it wouldnt be as long as u said unless you plan on afking it.

or bot it with supers but you would probably get banned

 

you can get 8k/hour with supers but still a massive grind
