can someone help me i keep getting this when i try to login

I'll help you with a few things,

1. You should definitely get a screenshot program such as: http://getsharex.com, http://puush.me or http://gyazo.com

2. Your proxy needs to be socks4/5 or you're typing the proxy info in wrong.

i bought a proxy from socks5proxies.net and I get the same error, I went to livechat and muffins told me that those aren't supported on osbot.

are you putting your login info in for proxy authentication..?

You also aren't vip. If I remember correctly only vip and above have proxy access.

No idea lad. Proxies aren't going to be not accepted on a different bot client though, you need to be entering some of the info in wrong.

What port are you using?

You should be given 2 ports, one for http and one for socks. Needa use socks.
