I have been running my service solo for the past couple of months in order to try to build up the reputation and gain loyal customers that keep coming back over and over. I have managed to build the service up to a point in which I believe a few workers are needed to help fulfill all the orders that are coming in. The past few weeks orders have started to flood in, but being a solo worker means that I've had to pick and choose which jobs I can do. Worker Rules

 

1. You will receive anywhere from 85-90% of the order payment and I will get the other 10-15% as commission.

2. I will not be hiring anyone I deem untrusted so do not even attempt to apply. Offsite vouches will be taken into account.

3. All orders will be processed and organized through skype so you must be on skype to work for this service.

4. I will not tolerate flaming of other workers or customers. If you have a problem with someone, please contact me in private.

5. I encourage you to find orders if I do not have an order available for you right away. If you do contact someone about an order, I must be added to the skype chat.

Terms of Service

 

1. You will pay a 25m deposit fee that is fully refundable if you leave the service on good terms.

The fee is not refundable if:

-You scam someone

-You break worker rules (flaming a fellow worker or customer)

-You go inactive without prior notice

-Not completing orders you've accepted

-You are kicked for the other reasons listed below in this ToS.

2. On all orders I will take a 10-15% commission. Smaller orders will be closer to 15% and large orders will be 10%.

3. You must keep the customer happy by updating them on your progress of orders and you must keep me updated.

4. You will not take ANY payments from customers. All payments will go through me and will be distributed to you after the order is complete. You will be kicked (No deposit) if I find that you are taking payments for orders without permission.

5. If you violate this ToS you will be kicked from the service without a deposit refund.

6. If you have a dispute against you that is for something outside the service, you will be suspended from the service immediately until the dispute is resolved. At the conclusion of the dispute I will decide if you get to continue in the service (If you are banned from this dispute, you will be kicked from the service).

I would love to be able to have a 10m deposit, but from previous experience workers tend to scam once they make above their deposit fee and the account they're working on has a decent sum of money/items on it. This high deposit will deter those people people from scamming as most orders will be for amounts lower than their 25m deposit. This also should cover any scams that occur as I will not allow customers to house more than 25m on their accounts during a service that a worker is completing.

I'm not someone that just hires tons of people to get deposit money. I will only be hiring 2 highly qualified workers that I feel like I can trust.

Yeah, I'm not sure where people are getting the idea that 25m is a massive amount of money. 25m is currently worth $30 at the current sell rates. When people were hiring with a 10m deposit a few months ago, 10m was worth $23-$25. This deposit is slightly higher than a typical deposit (Speaking monetarily).
