Can't open any script Local/sdn

Hi

 

ive been trying to open up a script but nothing seems to work, tried reinstalling java from 64bit to 32 bit it didn't help.

everytime i run a script it won't load a menu/GUI or something it just shows me the add and thats all. 

can someone explain why it doesn´t work.
