Still getting error loading hooks after update

Title says it all, I downloaded new update and placed it in the osbot/data file but i still get errors while loading hooks. please help :) ty

thank you, i didnt realize cus my friend skyped me saying it updated 

Even though Mirror says its online, over 1 day after the update, Im still getting error loading hooks.

What might my prablam be? I have 32 bit jdk and its in the data folder :\
