Explanation:Was very busy at the time , sold him 5m just saw it come in for 9 USD and then proceeded to go play a league game. Checked the paypal once more and it was a invoice for a bill for me, marked as paid by me.

That doesn't have anything to do with sending an invoice as a form of payment. It was clearly an attempt to scam.
