Not really times tbh, just don't do something for longer than like 8 hours straight...for example, would a normal rs player (on average) collect cowhide for 18 hours a day without breaks? Also don't bot as a level 3 with no quests cause that's also a huge giveaway.

When mod wealth isn't on holiday

At any point in time you could get banned, just have to bot safely. Don't suicide bot, make it seem as human as possible.
