Please provide us with pictures of the Skype conversation as we do not consider chat logs valid evidence. I've hidden the pictures you attached, they're only visible to our staff members!

 

I have warned the user and put him in the TWC usergroup, he has 24 hours to reply.

I went ahead and banned him as he has been online without replying to any of the disputes opened against him, I'm sorry for your loss.
