So i've read up in the past that Jagex track your wareabouts through their Cache or something along those lines on your computer after you've been banned? And if you delete a part of it it's possible to remove your past history from what has happened, What is it that Id need to delete (Folder etc) And which location would it be under, thanks.

i don't think this as a possible as I've never heard such a thing. If you're talking about the jagex cache, then just search "jagex cache" in your computer and you fill find that folder.
