What makes a 'basic' script, advanced?

I was wondering what makes a 'basic' script, such as a simple miner into an advanced script which would be used by many.

If it is efficient, supports all locations, and has a decent anti-ban then I would consider it more advanced :p

A basic script would essentially be the barebones of the method. For example, a "basic" combat script would only kill and eat, however a more advanced combat script would support banking, webwalking, looting/dropping - basically the icing on the cake.
