Offsite scammer, need IP check done

This kid scammed me on . Here is the offsite report

 

His skype is luke.de.jong120

 

I managed to resolve these IP's tracing him to that skype recently:

 

I'd appreciate if a mod can check if any users here have logged in with these IPs recently.
