Is botting agility high ban rate using the mirror client? Has anyone botted agility successfully? Also what would be the best method for botting 50-70? 

Non-Mirror botting of agility with a poor script will lead to a ban, if you babysit the script you should be able to bot 50-70 using rooftop agility.

What is rooftop agility? What/where do I do this at? 

All the cities have a agility coarse on the roofs. Im botting agility atm and im at 85, 9 hours till 86 lol.

i say falador roofs. easy to bot with on mirror. Khals scripts are the best for it imo.

i need to get 40-56 on my main, im scared of being baned but to lazy to train it myself... what shall i do ?

u can slowly get your agility up by hand just do 30 mins or so a day,or you could bot it using mirror mode with a good perm script,or you can pay a trusty rs service team to do it for you
