The best breaks are when you're not able to be around your computer, aka sleeping, ect.

 

Doing some stupid 10 minute break every hour does absolutely nothing, its simply a waste of 10 minuets and I hate when people do it.

Well, dirtydartt has a thread of 92-99 strength, and he takes breaks every 2-3 hours, for 30 mins I believe.

I agree with this, although I tend to break every 4-5 hours  for an hour or two just in case

and when im sleeping

Also set variations as much as you can, because breaking every 10 minutes every hour without fail, looks very botlike

edit: on weekends I tend to take less breaks, as Jagex isnt working. But i still dont bot for more than 12-14 hours a day
