Negative feedback removal

Why it should be removed: member was fully refunded and now left a negative feedback, I offered the customer a free service when I was available to complete, I had a family member die and I've been busy sorting thing out, refunded the customer right away few days ago which had a thread about and today customer has left negative feedback for no reason after j explained why it was cancelled.

I've asked the user to explain himself here, he has 24 hours to do so. I assume that he left you a negative feedback because you didn't give him the free firecape you promised to get him but I'm not sure.

I did say to him and on the dispute id offer the free firecape as a good will jester when I am available however due to circumstances I have yet to be free to do the capes. I also refunded the money stated so it shouldn't class as a negative feedback as I refunded and offered the cape for free as a good will.

Don't worry about screenshots already just stated on my thread I'll refund and have capes done free of charge due to some real life trouble

I was promised to have a Firecape service done.Due his real life troubles, I couldn't log into my account for 2days because of his `TROUBLES` And I was only refunded the money I have paid for the service, but what about 2days of membership?If you commit to do something e.g services you must do them untill  you finish it, and I don't understand why you  are to disputing  my feedback? 1.Have you made a thread about doing FireCapes?YEs http://osbot.org/for...ed/#entry825552 . 2.Have I paid for them?Yes

Today in the morning I have warned that I'm going to leave him a feedback. And his answer was :Go for it I'll just open a dispute and get it removed. In my opinion people should admit their commitment.

What times are you available? : I can cover different times needed, would prefer the 10-3 shifts though.

Is there anything I should know about in terms of your history in the blackmarket (e.g a previous dispute)? : Nope nothing else to explain.


If I pass to the next stage id rather send you my CV and have a proper chat with you, I'm a regular seller to bogla gold so I have spoken to you guys a few times prior

I've edited your pictures because they contained the RuneScape usernames, original pictures are visible to all staff members.

 

You did receive your refund so you cannot leave a negative feedback. He didn't have to offer you a free firecape, yet he did but you cannot force him to get it as he does not receive a compensation for it.

 

Negative feedback has been removed, dispute closed.
