Explanation: Messaged him on skype to ask him how much he would charge for RFD Monkey part of the quest, he said 700k. Got him to PM me on forums, gave him money and account details, he asks me if I can sell him 15m on RS, told me he won't be long, goes off skype, I check account, account has been cleared of all valuable items.
