So finally I got hit with a 2 day ban (I think) with Frost Barrows, will Jagex monitor your account after the ban is lifted? 

I had 3 accounts go down and i tried a 4th and i was banned within 12 hours

Most likely, yes. They will also most likely start watching the ip the accounts got banned on too.

But its a matter of unplugging the router and my IP is changed right?

Also my main got busted in 2013 for 2 days and I've botted 1-99 fletch with it, still no sign of a ban

The ban from 2013 expired. They only last a year i'm pretty sure. And yeah, if you can unplug your router to change your ip do it. That will help a ton.

honestly it works diffrent for every person i think because i had an account ban about 1-2 weeks ago and only that one was lost because what i was doin was a high ban rate aside from that i still got multiple accounts running on just about 10-18 hrs a day
