It is possible but you shouldn't get your hopes up. The chances are pretty low.

I'd just try to appeal it and if it works out, good and if it doesn't, either quit or bot a new account.

You could email. However, it takes them a few days to respond back and I have even heard of them not responding at all.

 

If you recover your account and say u was hacked and the hacker got your account banned by botting or whatever... the ban will be quashed, happened to me.

Most likely not  :(
