Yews has a high ban rate i would bot for like 70/24 and break 20/7

So the average interval would be 70 and Interval deviation would be 24? Average break time 20 and Break time deviation 7?

Yep, 1st one is on avarage how long it will run for and the 2nd one is 24+ or - from that before it breaks.

Break time is 20-7 or 20+7 its random

I'd just put it around 60.

5-10 minute breaks every 2 hours.

Find your own breaks is best.

Some people doesn't use breaks at all, some does.
