Charged 3 times?!

So if someone could please look into this.. bought VIP and was charged initially $9.99.. a little later (day or so) was charged another $9.99 as a recurring fee..just noticed I was just recently charged again which prompted me to look into this in the first place.. 3 bills for two months doesnt add up guise
