70+ Attack

70+ Strength

70+ Defense 

Food (Any type I believe so you don't run out of HP)

Armour (Rune or better, Rune preferably)

Weapon (Spec weapon would be nice, Whip, Dragon Scim)

Prayer is optional

Potions optional 

Easy access to bank. A bank pin is needed
