Locking Client

Featured Replies

This has nothing to do with API in any way, but I decided that this would be the best place to put it as it is a suggestion, and for the client.

I am looking into getting a dedicated server for my bots to run on, and I don't feel safe with the thought that the people who own the server can get on and look or mess with my bots. So here is my suggestion:

The client just sits there normally with the screen available for you to look at, and that's all fine and dandy when you are just looking at it yourself. But what if there are people who you don't want to get access to your account. I am suggesting there be a way that you can lock the client. Lock it as in you need to enter a 5 digit pin number generated by OSBot, and sent to you through email. This pin will give you access to your client, and make it appear as normal. Of course for those people who don't want to use/have this that is fine, because it will not be set to this feature right away. You need to go into the settings and hit a option that would allow it to lock.

Pros: Better security, and not as worried customers who use dedi's or VPS's.

Cons: Slower access to your accounts, and maybe more CPU leakage(?)

Tell me what your guys' thoughts are!

Thanks for reading,

Kyle

Full support I use many VPS's and I would love this.

They will still be able to check your files, accounts.ini and get stuffs from there if they know what they're doing!

Yea they will be able to, but this just makes it a tiny bit harder for them to get in there and take what they want.

Most people don't know about the files, So let's not spread it alright?
