Yeah if any bans or mutes or anything about your account, you can send an a ticket to them by going to support and then I lost password or whatever and click email is hackers or whatever the technical way of saying it is, then they take u to get the thing off your computer, then at the end u click contact support, and it's going to ask username email to send to and u give info like old usernames/ subscriptions etc, no passwords though .

Usually takes a day or two to get a reply. I did this for my account I bought from a gold farming site back in 2010 and the original owner recovered it then and I asked the site people to give me it back but they couldn't, so I waited 5 years and got it back lol

But this is about a banned account haha, recovering is easier than a ban appeal.

I gotten a bank pin off from them, i gotten JAG off from them and recoveries and emails. Its not hard to find.

ive been trying to contact jagex for about 5 years in relation to my account from 2010 getting banned. Not a fucking peep. Even tried methods that got posted here about getting accounts unbanned, didnt work. Tried a hand written letter, many emails, even called them, nothing works.
