Yeah once the documents have been submitted for review it does take 24-72 hours in some cases even longer.  If you call customer service (don't email) they can submit a ticket to have your information reviewed quicker. (Typically within the next 24 hrs).

I asked if I could get it done quicker and he said there is no way for it to be sped up. :L
