An error has occurred while loading hooks

Whenever i open mirror client and open osrs client. keeps showing this "An error has occurred while loading hooks".

 

command:

My osrs client also stops loading half way and freezes sometimes

Sometimes I got the same problem. I just re-open the mirror client and check if it's fixed. Then I open a script twice and everything working fine

anyone have an idea what the problem is?
