I purchased an account creation service from @Saeed

after he finished the account he have me the info the the account, everything was good, i checked the account it had the stats.

then i left the account to sit for a few weeks because it was still a fairly new account.

went to start botting it today and the password was changed so i check the email and the email had been recovered 6 days ago

The situation is clear as @Saeed is the original owner of the account 

and so the only one able to recover it.

 

He is placed in TWC and has 24h to refund you in full or he will be permanent banned.

 

The user is banned.
