OSBot is using the Chrome user-agent to grab the RS game client. I'm not sure if it's one of the metrics Jagex keeps, but Chrome no longer allows Java to be loaded so it may be suspicious.

 

For reference, OSBuddy uses the default Java user-agent (Java/1.8.0_45) to query oldschoolXX.runescape.com/jav_config.ws, whereas OSBot uses Chrome to get it from oldschoolXX.runescape.com/j1. 

 

This may or may not help with client detection. inb4 use mirror client
