"Could not load stream library(os not supported)"

I'm getting this issue on my laptop, any suggestions before I'm reinstalling windows?

I've got no other java versions installed except for the latest java for 32/64 bit, just like both my other PCs where osbot does work.

 

osbot version: 2.3.64 

mirror client version: 1.053
