Vault of Glass Posted April 22, 2015 Posted April 22, 2015 Are these resold servers because i had a problem on another forum where the seller resold from another person and the vps had problems and I could never get help for it the company Virmach. Is there a refund guarantee of anykind in case i purchase and the serserver not run good?
Vag Posted April 22, 2015 Author Posted April 22, 2015 Refunds accepted on hardware failure or 24+ hr downtime. I can not guarantee the IP being unused as world is running out of IPv4. I have tho used my servers and so far no ip has been flagged. Adding tos asap i get home.

Vag Posted April 27, 2015 Author Posted April 27, 2015 Had a network maintenance. All servers now up and running again. This affected only 2 servers hosted in Server 3.
