Terms of Service

1. Payments
We accept Payments via PayPal and OldSchool RuneScape Gold. Server will be put online within 12 hours after the payment is received. How ever, in most cases server will be online instantly after the payment.
1.1 Refunds
We offer full refunds for hardware failure or over 24 hour downtime in our network. Refunds or Disputes on any other cause will not be allowed. By ordering a virtual server from us, you agree to this.

2. Suspending servers
Arctica Hosting offers shared resource Virtual Servers. We are allowed to suspend server for the following; too High CPU Usage, criminal activity of anykind. The rest is left for our concideration.
2.1 Bandwidth and networking
We have guaranteed 100Mbs network untill 1 Terabyte transfer. After this, network will be limited to 1Mbs.

3. OSBot Guarantees
3.1 IP-Adress rotation
We can not guarantee that the IP-adress assinged to you from our subnet is fresh. How ever, most IPs we assing are safe to bot. If you are worried about this, please use a seperate proxifier.
3.2 Bans
Customer is in full responsibility of all possible bans when botting on our servers. Botting is against the game rules of RuneScape.

Are these resold servers because i had a problem on another forum where the seller resold from another person and the vps had problems and I could never get help for it the company Virmach. Is there a refund guarantee of anykind in case i purchase and the serserver not run good?

Refunds accepted on hardware failure or 24+ hr downtime. I can not guarantee the IP being unused as world is running out of IPv4. I have tho used my servers and so far no ip has been flagged. Adding tos asap i get home.

Had a network maintenance. All servers now up and running again. This affected only 2 servers hosted in Server 3.
