- I am using a HP. I-7 64-bit operating sytem , windows 8.1

I have the same problem despite repeatedly downloading the c++ programs listed in the VIP help section. I talked to maldesto about it and I think he said he would look at it but I'm not sure

did you install both the 32 and 64 bit version of the c++ runtime?
