It seems by your original post that you create new emails for every account. You don't need to do this. You can only create 1 email for as many accounts as you want. Gmail allows you to do this. If a client of yours wants you to create 10 accounts, you can add a +1/+2/+3 etc to the end of the email.

 

ie you have to create 10 accounts. You make the email: yanukovich@gmail.com. First account could be yanukovich+1@gmail.com, second could be yanukovich+2@gmail.com, etc, and they all forward to yanukovich@gmail.com You might have already known that, but just a tip if you didn't.
